Build Women Up is a concept for a new community for the women behind the industries that build, make, and move the Seacoast.
We're bringing together women who lead, own, operate, and innovate in traditionally blue-collar industries, and who are changing what those industries look like from the inside.
No awkward networking. No elevator pitches. No business-card collecting. Just smart, interesting women, good conversation, and a chance to learn from each other, make real connections, and see what happens when we get them in the same room.
Come as you are.
No pitch, no agenda. Straight from the job site or the boardroom, in boots or in blazers–there is no dress code.
Starting small.
Right now that means intimate gatherings and real conversations with women worth knowing. More will come as the group grows.
Built by whoever shows up.
What this becomes depends on who's at the table and what they need. Founding members shape it.
